We planned and realized three main goals: 1. Progress of the methodical training of the educational specialists for effective realization of the learning process in face-to-face and distance control of learning. 2. Improving the competences of teachers to apply innovative approaches to learning using information technologies. 3. Improving the linguistic and social competences of the participants through partnership with colleagues from other European countries. Every good teacher wants to be better and better and unceasingly looking for forms and ways for this. The participation in this project gave the most motivated teachers the opportunity to look beyond the boundaries of what is known, to overcome stereotypes and boldly experiment in classes with new knowledge and skills, to plan and lead confidently the learning process, both in face-to-face and in online form of learning. Our goals were achieved through the successful participation and completion of the planned courses by the teachers and a visit to our partner school in Greece. The project gave us the opportunity to get into a real learning environment in another European country. Teachers were trained, they observed lessons and shared experiences with their colleagues.
Primary School “Lyuben Karavelov" - Burgas is a municipal school with ninety-five years old history. The school has its own style and good traditions in elementary education. Our main priority is to maintain a high innovative standard in the educational work. In this relation, our development plan is oriented on modern foreign language education, implementation of innovations in the educational process, the qualification of pedagogical staff and the exchange of good practices from other educational systems. At this moment we are implementing an educational innovation in the field of science and art with the aim of developing the scientific, creative, social and civic competences of rising generation. The education is oriented to the interests of modern students and ensures equal access to qualitative education and integration for every student. Since 2011 our school take a part in European projects on KD1 and KD2. We have worked with partners from different countries and have the necessary experience in this field.
