The goals we set for the implementation of the mobility for students and teachers in the field of VET were the following: - Upgrading the acquired knowledge and skills of 18 students studying "Hairdressing and Cosmetics" "Thermal SPA Procedures" and "Judicial Administration" with current trends in European practice. - Stimulating the students' interest in the profession they are studying and increasing their motivation for professional realization in this field - More opportunities for professional and personal development of students from vulnerable groups (from socially disadvantaged families and from ethnic minority groups) by including them in European educational mobility - Improving the language competences in English of the students and pedagogical specialists, participants in the project activities - Upgrading the competencies of teachers in the field of vocational education - new educational models and practices is the field of dual education
SPG "Kniaginia Evdokia" is a school with over 50 years history and it is one of the few schools of its kind in the country with state funding, which prepares qualified specialists in the field of personal care. Professional fields studied in the school are highly dependent on European and world trends, on new technologies and innovations, as well as on the dynamic change of requirements and expectations of users of services. Despite the well-established base of the high school, students have difficulties in mastering new methods and technologies of work, which they can get acquainted with thanks to the opportunities provided by the Erasmus+ Program. On the other hand, their motivation for professional development and realization is unstable and participation in such mobilities significantly affects their desire to develop in the chosen professional field. As a vocational high school, it is important for us to provide a high level of vocational training through the application of dual system. Here it is still not well developed enough and teachers need to know different systems of dual education and find opportunities for their integration.
