SU "Yordan Yovkov" includes this project, as it will address the needs of the school and transform it into a modern, international, high quality training. For us, the participation in the European trainings is important, because we will satisfy the needs of teachers for professional production, for the improvement of the digital competencies for application in OIE. The courses will contribute to increasing the professional competencies of teachers by increasing the skills for motivating students, learning new approaches to raising environmental culture, enriching students' awareness of European values, history and culture. The competencies and experience gained during the project by the participants in the mobility will be shared with the other colleagues in our school. In this way, all teachers will be able to use in their daily work new modern peg pedagogical methods and digital tools and platforms.
The aim of our project in the field of European mobility and cooperation is for teachers to participate in structured educational courses. This will give a new perspective for the integration of pedagogical and technological innovations, which will then be applied in their work. Teachers will have the opportunity to acquire new and update their competencies, which they use in their daily work and will have the opportunity for professional development. They will be able to share their experience with colleagues and share their lessons in structured courses The application of what is learned in everyday work will inevitably lead to an increase in the quality of education and training provided. Our participation in European trainings is important because it will encourage and help us in our methodological preparation for the realization of the specific goals we have set - the successful realization and adaptation of students in a dynamically changing world.
