The context of our project and organization is aimed at the need for specific trainings and practices related to the development of student skills. This includes improving memory and improving the learning process. The focus is on providing courses for teachers that motivate students through growth mindset-based feedback, brain-based learning and so-called "blended learning". This last element is of particular importance for rapid transitions between different forms of education, especially during the absence of students from school, for example during a pandemic. After the pandemic, there is a need for collective work in teams and common projects between students. The project seeks to involve teachers in training related to stimulating creativity and exploring the possibilities provided by European cultural heritage. This includes project-based learning and teamwork topics, as well as a foundation in using various digital tools for the digitization of cultural monuments. With the implementation, "THE NEW CLASSROOM" opportunities have been provided for teachers to acquire new skills, update their knowledge and skills while supporting students.
