In order to meet the growing demands and challenges facing education, with the implementation of the project we set the goal of acquiring new skills and knowledge of various innovative teaching methods. The first goal was to increase digital competences, improve the teaching of innovation and leadership and develop strategies to meet the requirements for a stimulating learning environment in which future innovators and leaders will be created as one of the priorities of our school. In the high school, we have children with special educational needs, therefore an important goal was to strengthen integration and create skills for the inclusion of such students in the educational process. The school has a well-qualified management team, but development and improvement are of primary importance for effective leadership and redefining the functions of the management team, and therefore another goal of ours was to achieve even more effective management of the high school. Of particular importance was the fourth set goal, namely the internationalization of the school and effective management of European projects, since the school's development plan includes goals related to opportunities for the high school to apply for various projects.
