By applying for this project, we wanted our training provider and host organization to be able to give us clear guidance and organizational support not only through professional training for our teachers, but also through advice on the actual implementation of improvements later in our STEM center to help us give real meaning to the skills acquired. To establish future collaborations in training or innovation projects that may benefit our educational organization. To be a school of the new time with excellently trained teachers to provoke, implement and introduce new methods of education.
We are an innovative school with a modern furnished and working STEM center for digital creators. With a STEM profile of VIII class "Software and Hardware Sciences" with a focus on robotics. We have two projects that have won national competitions related to ecology and implemented with the help of the STEM center and excellent skills in the field of information technology. At Lyuben Karavelov Secondary School, innovations are applied as an expanded process to be maintained to ensure our continuous improvement, given that this growth is sustainable and responsive. Entrepreneurship is a competence that we want to be integrated into our educational program. Thus, the training of our teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship in education has become vital, promoting projects and strategies that go beyond the traditional curriculum. The entire pedagogical staff concluded that we must apply for the Erasmus+ KA-122 program for the training of pedagogical staff. It was important for us that we need to work in a practical and experienced way so that the training mobilities of our staff that we applied for with this project have a real impact on our pedagogical team and in our students.
