The goals we set for the implementation of this project are: - Increasing the level of professional knowledge and skills in the field of computer technology, electronics and mechatronics and digital skills - Acquisition of new knowledge and skills through the use of new technologies and techniques and acquaintance with the technical and environmental standards - Improving foreign language skills in the profession and communication and integration into European values and culture - Formation of individual qualities and social skills - teamwork skills, communication, adaptability to new environments and technologies, responsibility, skills for individual and teamwork
Vocational education is still not considered prestigious enough in Bulgaria, which requires us to change the attitudes, values and career guidance of young people and their parents. Another problem is the disparity in the skills and competencies of the graduating students and the requirements of the business, i.e. the employability of young people. This requires us to take steps in increasing the attractiveness of training and overcoming the identified issues and deficits. One of these steps is the mobility of students for internships in another European country and the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program. Participation in mobility in another country is an opportunity to increase the intrinsic motivation for learning and professional realization. With the realization of this, we strive to better prepare students for the transition from school to work, to improve their professional skills, to ensure greater adequacy of professional competencies to the labor market.
