With the implementation of the project "Erasmus+ an opportunity for Eu practice" the goal of 94 High School is to expand and upgrade the specialized practical skills and key competencies of the participants in Euro. practice, guaranteeing them more successful professional realization and personal development. In addition to the direct impact on the skills of the trainees needed for the labor market, the project will also have a positive impact on a wide range of issues facing the school in which young people from vulnerable groups, with a high risk of early drop-out from the education system and exclusion from full participation in public life. What we want to achieve with the project is: - contribution to reducing the percentage of early school leavers, especially in the high school stage; - assistance in reducing youth unemployment by acquiring vocational training qualification; -enrichment of life experience and social skills; -expanding their horizons for study and work.
With the Erasmus Opportunity for Eu Practice project, we want to give 30 a chance the students, trained in 10 -11 classes in the professional form of 94 HS to be included in the project activities, through their participation in training conducted in real working environment, which will contribute to upgrading and forming new practical skills in the studied specialties, as well as to the acquisition of important key competencies, guaranteeing them more successful personal and professional development as citizens and participants in the labor market. This change in the lives of the 30 learns involved in the mobilities, albeit for a period of only 2 weeks, will have a strong impact. impact not only on specific participants, but will have a positive response among other students, their family environment and on the Roma community. The project will have an important contribution for the teachers accompanying the students, as well as for the whole pedagogical team of 94 HS -VET's image.
