The project is directed to the implementation of the objectives pinpointed in the school’s European Development Plan referring to the achievement of successful interaction between the pedagogical staff as a transmitter on the one hand, and the student community as a receptor of the innovations and the up-to-date developments in the use of contemporary methods of of teaching on the other. The objectives envisaged by the project with a view to reflecting this two-sided process which we wanted to achive are: 1.Improving the competencies of teachers in teaching methodology for greater practical application of learning and for students` motivation; 2. Upgrading methods and techniques in the foreign language class. 3. Mastering good pedagogical practices for application of the most popular, motivating and effective methods for pedagogical and personal impact; 4.Development of the institution on an international level through participation in cross-national projects, trainings and other platforms of interaction.
The project reflects our needs of acquiring methods, approaches and innovative practices to increase motivation of students to learn; to break outdated patterns and to start new models of vocational training. Innovative tools and approaches are already a trend to meet the needs of teachers and students, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to follow them and choose the most appropriate ones. To achieve desired educational results, we needed knowledge and experience of the latest methods, but also trained teachers to apply them. We are focused on building a modern teaching team, skilled in the implementation of effective pedagogical impact on development of creative thinking of students to achieve the key goals in the strategy of our school - achieving and maintaining high quality standards of vocational education and raising successful individuals and professionals.
