Background

By us students are trained in 8 technical specialties.Professional training is focused in the field of mechatronics, automotive mechatronics, motor vehicle technology, aircraft maintenance, electrical engineering, microprocessor technology, computer networks and security and communication technology. The labor market requires personnel with narrower specialization and more practical experience. The participation of business in providing places for practical training in real conditions for some of the specialties is difficult to implement. The nature of work in small enterprises is characterized by a closed cycle and a small number of workers.Companies can often provide employment for 1-2students,as there are often no mentors with experience in conducting training. Thus, theoretical knowledge and practical experience in high school are insufficient to increase the employment of young people from these specialties and for a smooth transition to the labor market.Students of all majors are affected by this restriction. For those in practical training is linked to the formation of skills in a real work environment. For students in a dual form of education the skills they acquire during their practice are specific according to the company's activity
