Our realized goals are: - Application, upgrading and acquisition of key competences in real working conditions in an EU country, improving the soft, professional, personal skills and competences of young people through training/internships, professional visits in Ireland and Spain. - We stimulated the study and upgrading of knowledge of foreign languages as a common priority of the EU – through assimilation of new knowledge and communication, work with technical English with a professional orientation and promotion of intercultural dialogue; - Improving of skills and competencies for innovative techniques and technologies implemented in real business during internships in the fields of Power Engineering and IT in EU countries. - Acquisition of knowledge in areas not covered in the curricula - cyber security, site design and computer games - Familiarizing with the rich history, traditions and culture of Ireland and Spain. Owing to the work in a foreign language environment the beneficiaries, in addition to their professional knowledge, skills and experience, enriched and improved their language knowledge and increased their intercultural relations and impressions of traditions, way of life and activity in the EU.
With the implementation of this project, we, as an educational institution, raised the reputation of the secondary school through our work on international projects and convinced the community - including students, parents and employers-that by learning throughout life a person acquires new knowledge, skills and experience in the desired areas areas which subsequently help for their successful future realization at the labor market. The beneficiaries are 30 students from 10th-12th grades , and through their participation in the project they put into practice the knowledge they received at PGEE "M.V. Lomonosov" ; they also acquired skills and upgraded their key professional competences in real working conditions in EU countries; they improved their language skills, familiarized themselves with the history, traditions and culture of EU countries - and for the beneficiaries this is the key to a successful future, easy integration into the labor market and an opportunity to increase the competitiveness of young people to start a successful career. The mobility project is a response to our desire to increase the beneficiaries‘ motivation,to promote open and flexible learning and prioritize investment in education and training
