Vocational Training Centre toward Innovative Educational Technologies Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria is open to constant improvement of the quality of training practices for trainees and teachers. We rely on our direct contact with students and feedback during consultations, classes or visits to our IT STEP academy. We organize meetings with teachers to exchange experiences and practices. The challenges facing the Vocational Training Centre regarding the proposed VET are as following: 1. Providing an opportunity for an easier "professional path" for students from the classroom to the labor market through internships in the EU. 2. Improving the methodological training of the staff for the application of the "learning by doing" method in a real working environment together with the employers - partners of the Center. 3. Improving the quality of vocational training, and by improving work-based learning and the mechanism for transparent assessment, validation and recognition of learning outcomes.
