Objectives

With the implementation of the project, PGMET set itself the goal of upgrading the professional competencies of its students and supporting the professional development of specialist teachers in areas such as programming, graphic design, and automotive engineering. One of the main tasks was to improve foreign language skills for oral and written communication, as well as to expand the professional vocabulary of students and teachers. The project also focuses on strengthening transversal skills, which are necessary for better social adaptation of students and a more flexible psychological approach in the work of teachers. These skills are key to successful interaction and adaptation in different social and professional environments. Raising cultural awareness and familiarity with European values was another important goal. By affirming democratic civic identity, the project aimed to encourage students and teachers to be active and informed citizens of Europe. In addition, the project aims to increase the institutional capacity of the school by introducing good practices for improving the quality of vocational education and training (VET) and building a network of Erasmus partnerships.
