Objectives

Through the implementation of the project under the 2022 call, our institution aimed to achieve the following results: - High-quality execution of the tasks specified in each participant's training agreement; - Through participation in Erasmus mobility, to offer students opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings; - To overcome language barriers and enhance their language skills at a professional level; - To gain further experience in university-company collaboration; - To encourage more students to participate in activities and specializations offered by the European University Alliance INVEST, as well as in winter and summer schools and specializations provided by partner institutions; - To acquire knowledge, skills, and competences in a European environment, and to become more socially engaged; - To participate in various public events, discussions on social issues, volunteer work, and consultations with university staff and/or students, among other activities; - The mobilities should contribute added value to the learning process. The acquired knowledge, skills, and competences should have broad applicability in the educational context and be of significance for the students' future development in their field of study. One of the primary goals of the institution is to place students at the center of their education, ensuring that they play a pivotal role in shaping their future development. In addition to prioritizing the quality of education, the institution focuses on addressing the evolving needs and expectations of students. The objective is to make student-centered learning a reality, where students actively engage in shaping their educational journey, acquiring new knowledge, skills, and attitudes, while emphasizing entrepreneurship, leadership, independent and critical thinking, civic awareness, and a commitment to sustainable development. For staff mobilities specifically: - A greater emphasis on staff mobility activities focused on training in pedagogical and curriculum design skills; - Enhancement of teaching techniques and the adoption of innovative approaches to deliver educational content; - Participation in courses, seminars, Blended Intensive Programs (BIP), and internship weeks to improve work efficiency; - Maintaining a continuous exchange of information on the latest developments in the scientific field with colleagues from partner institutions, and applying results and best practices to ensure quality.
