Objectives

Through the implementation of this project, we have achieved a greater interest in art among young people, and a mindset in young people to discover through creativity problems in society and come up with creative solutions to them in a way that integrates and brings us closer as a community. They acquired and improved skills, knowledge and attitudes in the fields of theatre, photography, drawing and music. This project showed how accessible art as a pastime actually is to everyone, regardless of their social, financial, political or educational background. The main goal of the project was to bring to the fore the creative attitude and skills of the participants - 38 young people from 6 different countries, to bring out their hidden gifts and to show them that everyone is capable of creating in their own way and that there is a suitable art for everyone to express themselves. During the project we were able to show the participants that the necessary skills to create art lie within each one of them and they can be a catalyst for social change. Our aim was to encourage the young people involved to find their passion in art, whether this would be expressed as a hobby, job, or lifestyle. We focused on how different arts can be used in everyday life, spicing it up and coloring it. The young people were able to learn how to use their energy in creative ways to relax, to remove accumulated stress and negative emotions, and at the same time to use art as a tool for emotional intelligence, to express their feelings through it, to be more tolerant of others, to solve their problems without conflict and in sync with those around them. The following project objectives were achieved: 1) We stimulated the improvement of the young participants through social integration, working in teams, and instilling responsibility for initiating and implementing youth endeavors; 2) We created a safe environment for cultural diversity and multicultural communication, connecting young people from different countries and backgrounds; 3) We were able to draw participants' attention to their hidden abilities and their innate talents. The project showed them how their artistic gifts can be put into practice - the beauty of self-discovery and the possibility of self-expression, full of meaning and applied in the service of society; 4) We provoked creative thinking and exchange of ideas among the participants of the mobility, but also among the members of the local community in the city. We were also able to engage with the participants of the mobility. 5) Young people reached constructive conclusions on how to use expression through art as a tool for civic participation. 6) Motivated the youth and provided them with tools for future partnerships at the local and regional levels, as well as space to develop future joint initiatives with each other; 7) We conducted a kind of experiential exploration of the arts, from which it became clear that they can be used by participants as an effective method for emotional and sincere communication, creating bridges and strong bonds, regardless of language and personality differences.
