Through this project we aimed: - to improve the public speaking skills of our youth workers and especially the junior trainers and trainees in our facilitation school; - to create new and more effective educational tools to use in this school and in our daily youth work; - develop new and adapt existing tools for use in an online environment; - to help young people from our target group overcome their fear of speaking in front of people and develop these abilities; - to exchange experience with our foreign partners and together improve our work in the field of public speaking; - our junior trainers to improve their foreign language skills; - to increase the motivation of the trainees in our facilitation school by meeting them with experienced foreign youth workers; - to improve teaching in literature and philosophy classes by providing teachers with the tools developed in the project free of charge.
