The project was addressed to students and staff members of Sofia University. The project aimed to provide students with the opportunity to enrich their academic knowledge, professional and social skills and competences spending a part of their studies in a foreign partner university. For staff members the project aimed to provide opportunities to improve their skills through staff mobility for tеaching and to share their knowledge and competences through giving lectures in partner universities. The main objectives of the project were: - to provide opportunities for academic and professional growth of students and staff members; - to develop participants capacities to learn and to operate in an international environment; - to support the professional development of staff members; - to improve students’ academic knowledge, competences and soft skills; - to foster intercultural dialogue and understanding; - to improve students foreign language and communication skills; - to foster lifelong learning and improvement; - to raise students' self-confidence;
