Goal setting is about children: understanding what healthy eating is and implementing it; to learn the causes and effects of healthy living; to be mentally prepared for the socialization that awaits them; to increase their emotional intelligence - openness to their own and other people's feelings and emotions; to increase the desire for physical activity against the background of various stationary computer entertainments. Regarding teachers: increasing the number of learning projects related to outdoor activities; knowledge about a healthy lifestyle to become "interdisciplinary knowledge", i.e. to find a place in mathematics, native language, games, etc.; to be informed about good pedagogical practices not only in Bulgaria.Regarding the kindergarten as an educational institution: to encourage and support the interest of the staff in participating in activities with partners outside the country; to enforce healthy lifestyle activities; to involve parents as partners in the educational process.
Creating an environment that promotes children's health and well-being from an early age has an effect on children's ability and desire to learn and develop. This can only happen in kindergartens that have such attitudes and, with the help of parents, will prepare future European citizens who respect the rights of others. To do this, educators must "arm" children with knowledge about the benefits of a healthy diet and physical activity for a successful life. And something else! In the modern world, more and more people live in their own virtual world and cannot communicate normally, despite their high intelligence. They cannot "read" their feelings and emotions, and even more so the people around them. This is why we need to develop children's emotional intelligence. They should be satisfied with their lives, respect others, be proud of themselves, their culture and traditions - they will value not only their food culture and traditions, but also those of other communities. We applied because we have a desire, through cooperation with other educational institutions, to exchange experiences on the idea that the child and his health correspond to a number of factors such as culture, tradition and religion.
