Objectives

When we filled out the application form for this project, we were guided by the words of Maria Montessori: "Everyone talks about peace, but no one educates for peace. In this world, one educates for competition, competition is the beginning of every war. When one begins to educate for cooperation and being we offer each other solidarity, from that day on we will have started to educate ourselves for peace." Today, alas, they sound even more relevant against the background of ever-increasing tensions and conflicts. Raising physically healthy and cheerful children is an important task of any modern society. The need for psychosocial support in education for both students, so too for teachers. Reduction of motor activity, deformations in physical capacity, neuro-psychological disorders, hypertension, obesity, stress, aggression, irrational eating are problems of the century. The anatomical-physiological and cognitive characteristics of preschool and primary school-age children require targeted development of their motor skills and physical ability through movements, games, music and emotion. This project is a rather successful attempt to unite the holistic approach to man and the achievements of modern pedagogical science.

Background

The main goal of this project is "Implementation and sharing of innovative pedagogical practices aimed at building adaptability and resilience - sustainable models of behavior and formation of knowledge, skills and attitudes in children to deal with uncertainty, anxiety, stress and aggression." Big percentage of the various problems faced by parents, educators and therapists in recent years can to be summarized in three groups of deficits, which are manifested as sensorimotor, speech and behavioral /aggressiveness, hyperactivity, anxiety/. Resilience in humans is the ability to meet the blows of life and not just survive, but to develop and move forward. This approach is more of an attitude, an attitude, an understanding, a supportive environment. The actuality of the child's health problem requires the application of forms, methods and means established in practice for the physical and his mental development, search for ways to prevent and improve health. We teachers from the kindergarten and primary school approved and shared familiar world, but new in education, tools and approaches to work, and the learning and communication children-teachers-parents more complete, harmonious and inspiring.
