Through implementing the project we wanted to achieve the following issues: - Learning from each other’s experience and engaging in a real dialogue with employers by developing the entrepreneurship model in close collaboration with local enterprises; - Giving study and job orientation counseling provided by teachers will play an important role in motivating students to complete their education; -What is more important, participants will be able to dispel their doubts and deepen their knowledge in direct contact with entrepreneurs and their potential employers. - Activation of young people who are from rural areas and who are from different ethnic minorities. Beneficiaries of the project will design their ideas for changing the immediate environment and will decide, by using the acquired knowledge, where to present the indicated idea of changes. Using learning by doing, learning through contact with authorities during meetings and with representatives of organizations of entrepreneurs - not in the form of predictable lectures, but using simulation, debates and workshops, tutoring, joint recording of interviews are among the main achievements of the project.
Applying for the project is derived from the needs of the students for job realization after completing their education. Including young people who are from rural areas and from ethnic minorities, having in mind their limited possibilities is essential. The question of taking the first job by young people after finishing the education has become one of the most important elements of the educational system not only in Bulgaria, but in entire Europe and even the world. Thе project is for students' need which is connected with the labour market and with their need to have a good start at their life. The project involves students to be investors, producers, buyers and sellers- or with other words - after their participation they learnt some keys of being successful entrepreneurs.They had the chance of learning values and social skills that are fundamental to be an entrepreneur, as being able to set up their business, being aware of the different stages they have to be trained to create it. Standing on the threshold of adult life with all possible spheres of decision-making affecting on students' lives through policies such as making decision and enterpreneural skills is one of the main goals of the project proposal.
