Our school always aims to educate teaching staff in new educational approaches and teaching methods concerning the implementation of new technologies in their classroom and the renewal of learning methods and teaching processes which aim at reducing social inequalities, school bullying, social and national marginalization of students. Our goal is to establish a positive and enjoyable learning environment so that students will be eager and happy to study. By learning new trends new methods new approaches and by sharing ideas with teachers from all around Europe maximizes the percentage to reach our goal to the maximum.
We are a huge high school with about 900 students form different social backgrounds different nationalities and different abilities. Concerning the school population, the majority of the students come from middle and low social and economical classes. Many of them belong to vulnerable social groups. The context of our project is to Upgrade Higher Education in teaching native-foreign languages with European models by the use of technology, promoting inclusion through different activities, applications and learning platforms. We managed this to the maximum since chose carefully the seminars and the courses that our colleagues participated. We aimed the following: Inclusion, promoting equality and non-discrimination Teaching and learning of foreign languages. New learning and teaching methods and approaches.
