The implementation of the program is expected to lead to the acquisition of the concept of emotional intelligence and its importance in our today's lives, by our teachers. We expect to help our teachers to include emotional intelligence learning activities to their instruction and promote these skills to our pupils. Additionally we expect that our pupils improve their emotional intelligence and thus improve their interpersonal relationships.
Τhe present program is expected to enhance the qualifications of the participants to develop emotional intelligence skills to our pupils. There is a great need to help our school pupils to understand, communicate and control their feelings and emotions and express them in a socially acceptable way. In today' s society everyone has the power to accuse or praise other people through social networks and to affect their emotions in a positive or catastrophic way. Thus it is very important to educate our pupils to be able to manage and control their negative feelings and have empathy for other people.
