We had set specific goals in order to improve our students in various aspects. Very important challenges we had confronted were the following: 1. Delinquent behavior: One of our main goals was to minimize student’s bad behavior and improve discipline at school (by adopting effective procedures). 2. Skills and working experience: One of our main goals was to improve our student’s knowledge, skills and working experience. 3. Introduction of new technology: We implemented new technology school teaching and management procedures. 4. Teaching staff professional integration through further education, training and life long learning. 5. Changing our school environment by developing European ID and culture. 6. Improvement of students' self esteemed and self confidence: We encouraged our students to interact in other vocational environments in order to build a strong personality. The involvement of teachers and students in European programs enriched the school capacity in terms of knowledge, skills and experience. The participation of students in such a project improved not only their school achievement but also their social behavior in the school. The interaction between students and teachers improved the school environment.
