By implementing the Erasmus+ KA131 2022 project, UCLan Cyprus aims to enhance the collaborations among European Union countries by establishing inter-institutional agreements with other partner Higher Education Institutions that are holders of the Erasmus+ Charter and offer students, academics and professionals, opportunities that are highly beneficial for their personal, academic and professional development. UCLan Cyprus wants to promote and encourage internationalisation by offering access to high standards education to all, in order to develop their potential. Students benefiting from Erasmus+ mobilities are expected to experience the life in a different culture, improve their soft and hard skills, practise other languages, study in different educational environment or undertake an internship abroad, that will help them network and increase their employability opportunities. Academic and Professional staff participating into the programme, were able to teach in a new academic environment with a different culture audience, to exchange with their peers a series of new pedagogic and digital learning and teaching methodology or respectively benefit from a series of trainings that allow them to implement good practices and network.
