By participating in the Erasmus+ Programme, the University of Nicosia aimed to achieve several key objectives. We aimed to: 1) raise awareness among students and staff about the Erasmus+ Programme and its mobility opportunities. 2) highlight the benefits of mobility, emphasizing personal, academic, and professional advantages. 3) increase the number of mobilities compared to previous years. 4) enhance the quality and relevance of education and training by providing opportunities for international experience, knowledge, and skills. 5) foster international collaboration by facilitating cooperation between higher education institutions across different countries. 6) promote cultural exchange by encouraging study or work abroad, thereby promoting intercultural dialogue, diversity, and tolerance. 7) support employability by enhancing participants' international experience, language skills, and broader perspectives. 8) help students and staff build a European identity. 9) help students improve language, communication, and soft skills essential for personal and professional development.
