Fistly we wanted to enchance the Academic Quality by giving the oportunity to our students to familiarise themeselves with other educational and teaching systems, as well as employment and research opportunities. Acting as host university we aimed to offer to incoming students a new learning enviroment with new perspective and new skills and knowledge. Outgoing students upon their return provide to us the same new skills and knowledge aquired fromtheir host universities, adding to the whole boost of our university academic quality. Student mobilities offer to students the opportunity to develop their skills and to increase their employability. They learn to adapt to new challenges, be more idependant, learn new languages, gain a broader mindset and becoming more attractive employment canditates. Additionally by hosting incoming students we aimed to atchieve a Cultural Diversity to our campus with a mix of different ethnicities promoting intercultural acceptance and tolerance. Another main achievement was to establish partnerships with universities and organisations, encouraging collaboration in staff and student exchange, research and joint programs.
