Objectives

The Erasmus+ project at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) has demonstrated significant success, with a particular focus on inclusive mobility and digital transformation. The project has made notable strides in implementing a comprehensive inclusion strategy and investing in virtual and blended mobility options. Additionally, the development of a pedagogical framework for effective blended learning has been a key achievement, contributing to the institution's broader digital transformation efforts. Active engagement in the European Universities Initiative, particularly within the European University of Technology Alliance, has further enhanced the project's impact and visibility. A total of 157 mobility activities were completed, including 74 student study exchanges, 12 traineeships, 61 staff training sessions, and 10 staff teaching assignments. Importantly, the project saw considerable participation from individuals with fewer opportunities, reflecting its strong commitment to inclusion. Furthermore, the promotion of short-term blended mobilities is expected to lay the foundation for more extensive long-term physical mobility for study purposes in the future.
