In the 2022 Erasmus KA1 project, there were 188 reported mobility activities, including student mobility for studies and traineeships, as well as staff mobility for teaching and training. Utilizing 91.14% of the awarded budget is regarded as a success. The university demonstrated a strong commitment to prioritizing student mobility. The objectives for the 2022 project, while considering budget constraints and participant development, included: (a) increasing mobility activities within the budget; (b) systematically reviewing Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreements for both establishment and renewal; (c) enhancing clarity and transparency in all mobility-related processes; (d) keeping the Erasmus+ webpage updated with relevant information; (e) prioritizing the safety and well-being of prospective mobility applicants; (f) implementing an inclusive strategy for equitable access; and (g) successfully executing a Blended Intensive Program that combines online and in-person elements to enrich participants' experiences. Collectively, these objectives aimed to boost the number of mobility activities, improve the overall quality of the Erasmus KA1 project, promote inclusivity, and introduce innovative approaches such as the Blended Intensive Program.
