The project aimed to strengthen international cooperation and exchange opportunities by supporting staff mobility between our institution and partners in the Pacific, the United States, and Canada. Through these mobilities, we sought to provide academic staff with opportunities for professional development, to enhance their intercultural skills, and to build sustainable relationships with partner institutions abroad. Our objective was not only to improve the professional competencies of participants, but also to create long-term benefits for students and staff at our home institution by enriching the teaching and learning environment with international perspectives. By fostering these exchanges, the project also intended to expand our institution’s global engagement and contribute to more inclusive and high-quality education.
