By implementing this KA171 Erasmus project, UCLan Cyprus aims to further develop its international engagement and reputation by establishing new partnerships and inter-institutional agreements with Higher Education Institutions outside Europe. The successful implementation of this project comes with a series of benefits that we would like our students and mobility staff participants to capitalise on: a) academic staff participating in the programme had the opportunity to teach in a new academic environment with a culturally diverse audience, exchange innovative pedagogical and digital teaching methods with their peers, and benefit from various training sessions that enabled them to implement best practices and expand their professional networks. b) Students benefiting from different teaching approach from the incoming academics undertaking the mobility as part of this project, improve their soft and hard skills such as their emotional intelligence, social and communication skills or enhance their academic network. Overall, UCLan Cyprus seeks to promote internationalisation by providing access to high-quality education for all, enabling them to realise their full potential.
