The project was consisted by eight main Activities and 6 APV meetings where we involved 44 organisations from EU and partners countries. The main idea was to enhance capacity and increase/improve analytic and critical thinking, key competences of young people and youthworkers with main orientation to social incusion and solidarity. Furthermore we aimed to provide opportunity for self development to youths and youthworkers who come from regions and areas where there are not other youth organisations in order to promote erasmusplus opportunities. The objectives of the project where connected during the 8 Activities (and directly connected to our Objectives as Organisation as we applied for accreditation) and we tried with partners to achieve the objectives and spread the impact within the 2 years time of the project implementation: We promoted healthy lifebeing and lifestyle through the project Activity: “Prevention on Drugs and substances” and “Healthy mindset for social inclusion - The input of non formal education”. We aimed on increasing awareness on the importance of healthy attitude towards life for themselves and their peers and society in general. We also designed Activities (training courses) where we deliver methods and practices on improving and developing key competences for youth workers in order to be more efficient when working with diversity and in intercultural settings. To enhance further on this attempt we organized a seminar too where we invited core members of the associations to share own and community realities in the issues that nowadays youthwork faces. These Activities where the following: “Youthworkers' Key competences development”, “Non formal Learning for improving youthwork in diverse settings”, "Seminar: The challenges and temptations that youths face nowadays: The youthworker's role". We also provided training to youthworkers for enhancing further skills like employability and entrepreneurship “TC: Developing employability through entrepreneurial method” and we invited organisations who work on this topic and can leave a good impact to their communities. Furthermore we promoted more the sense of intercultural society and European dimension of nowadays life “TC: Enhancing European Identity through Intercultural learning” in order to achieve at greater extend social inclusion within communities and between countries. Youthworkers got skills and competences on how to deal with this topic and how to multiply this topic to their youths. Also finally we organized an international Seminar on Refugees where we shared realities with guests (experts from UNHCR, real refugees) and youthworkers who work directly with refugees and we design tools to support this attempt
