The project had 3 goals: 1) To put into practice trainers new and current methods and tools of work for entrepreneurship education and thus increase the expertise of educated teachers - entrepreneurship coordinators and school principals. 2) To prepare at least 3 key foreign materials for entrepreneurship education into the Czech context, according to which studies for entrepreneurship coordinators as well as courses for principals will be adjusted and updated. 3) Create a system for evaluating the level of entrepreneurial schools and the transfer of entrepreneurship coordinators so that their needs can be approached individually.
Lipka has been developing entrepreneurship education (entrepreneurship in this context means the ability to take advantage of opportunities and ideas and create value for them from others) since 2017, however, what we develop in the Czech Republic is relatively isolated and built ONLY on past experience. Our activities lack a transnational context, inspiration and experience from abroad, where entrepreneurship education is being implemented much more and longer. The basic needs of the team are: 1) COMPLEX UNDERSTANDING ON THE CONTEXT OF THE ENTRECOMP 2) Acquire EVALUATION AND REFLECTION METHODS 3) Get acquainted with other KEY MATERIALS for entrepreneurship education 4) Prepare COURSES FOR SCHOOL PRINCIPALS, 5) Entrepreneurship education is constantly evolving, NEW INCENTIVES, WORKING METHODS are coming, which we need to WORK INTO TEACHERS EDUCATION
