Objectives

The idea of the project is to uplift the people who are educated by our trainers to realize the importance of connecting their values and real emotions, and then to decide to further their education, be employed or start a business. The aim of the project was to: 1) Transfer the proven knowledge of the Lyk-z organization (Norway) and their FROG methodology based on cognitive thinking, communication skills and increasing motivation and job satisfaction. By participating in the job shadowing in Norway, the trainers became more aware of their mission, clarified the meaning of their work and actions, and developed their communication skills, which now allows them to have a better constructive dialogue with the target groups of our projects. 2) Transfer of knowledge and proven methodologies of the partner organisation Einurd (Iceland) in the field of social innovation, entrepreneurship and design thinking - a road map to social entrepreneurship, inclusive teaching methods. All activities are closely related to the needs of the beneficiary organization, to the development of knowledge and skills needed to work with the groups that our lecturers train.
