We want to keep up with the development of technology and provide the same quality education to our students as they were used to, but in a new form. It is desirable to engage pupils in the learning process so that they are better prepared for real life. By working with teachers, pupils learn the necessary basic competences and skills. We want to promote learning through life and personal experience. In the application we therefore focused on methodological courses and shadowing to support all our teachers who identified with the new demands of the teaching profession. However, we did not forget the administrative staff, because we are all one team and equality in professional development opportunities can only promote a good school climate. Making our school more attractive to applicants is not only about changing the teaching style, but also, for example, about changing the food. We have pursued the following objectives in the project: ● To learn innovative methodological practices and gain experience to make the learning process more effective. ● To increase the language skills of the staff so that they can learn the latest pedagogical knowledge and self-educate themselves in a foreign language.
