The goal was for our students to gain a greater awareness of life abroad, to get to know a new culture, new historical and natural monuments, new customs and traditions, or other forms of education. Improving students' English language and increasing their internal motivation to study foreign languages as an important tool for developing their professional and personal lives. By connecting formal and informal education, we tried to develop the individual skills of each student. We wanted the pupils to establish new friendships and lose their shyness in communication. For employees, our goal was to increase their language skills, due to the introduction of the CLIL method into teaching, but also the need to create a large implementation team with which we will strive for the long-term involvement of our school in the Erasmus+ program. The last goal of employee mobility was to complete methodological courses in teaching methods used for a long time abroad, which we could subsequently incorporate into our educational system.
We are a primary school providing general education for children and youth. Among other things, we emphasize the teaching of English and the use of modern technologies in teaching. Our goal is the optimal development of the potential of each student. We are trying to introduce modern teaching methods into teaching. We emphasize the continuous professional growth of our employees. In the context of the above, our project and the outputs of this project fit into our long-term educational strategy.
