By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve the connection of intersubject relationships and the strengthening of logical thinking using the STEAM teaching method. It is this method that connects all disciplines in a playful way, and thanks to it we wanted to support creativity, new ways of perceiving technical subjects, logical, critical and IT thinking, teamwork and cooperation. Another goal was to improve pedagogical competencies and skills by sharing national best practices and teaching methods. As part of international mobilities, we wanted to strengthen their pedagogical growth in new areas and at the same time give them the opportunity to pass on and share their experiences. An equally important goal was the development of communication and language skills. As part of the project, we wanted students and teachers to have the opportunity to develop and apply their language and communication skills in practice.
We are a family-type school with an individual and respectful approach. In our school education program, the main goal of all of us is to create a school that children, teachers and legal representatives will enjoy going to. Our vision is a school where children take away as many practical skills and knowledge as possible. We include elements of ecological education in the teaching, we focus on developing a relationship with nature, therefore one of the main topics of the project is ecology, the environment and climate change. We are involved in environmental programs and projects that belong to the areas of this project - Eco School, Globe. In education, we use innovative methods and try to connect subjects and use digital technologies in teaching. We are always looking for new methods that will be in line with our visions (e.g. STEAM, which is the focus of the project). We work with pupils with SEN, but also with gifted pupils. We want every child to experience success with us and be able to participate in the events at school. We try to develop students' communication, cooperation and language skills. With the project, we will support awareness of their importance, motivation to lear and get to know new cultures.
