Objectives

Our project had 4 main objectives. To increase the professional knowledge and skills of teachers of professional subjects and vocational training teachers, to increase the methodological knowledge and skills of language teachers and to enable them to refresh their language, to support physical education - good physical condition as a prerequisite for the performance of the profession and to increase the key competences of school management. Above all, it was about increasing the quality of education thanks to new initiatives, methods and inspiration from abroad, whether in the field of language education, physical education or in the field of teaching ecology and environmental protection. Since our school is building its own recirculation unit (RAS), we wanted to train our staff at a partner school in France by shadowing work in these conditions and conducting vocational training in RAS. The school is currently introducing innovations not only in the field of aquaculture, but also in the use of ICT and artificial intelligence, which is why it was important to train the management in methods of employee motivation, high-quality leadership of the work team, conflict resolution and the use of ICT tools for school management.

Background

This project entitled "Increasing professional, methodical and language skills" was intended for teaching staff. The project was based on the needs of the organization and its plan to ensure the professional development of school staff, increase their language skills, increase ICT competence and develop the school's international contacts and cooperation. These activities are aimed at raising and educating high-quality graduates capable of standing on the European labor market. This project is part of the school's overall orientation towards quality. The school provides employees with education in the form of training in various areas related to education, provides English courses for school employees and also training in the field of ICT. In addition to educational purposes for teachers or school management, this project also has an international dimension. On the one hand, it involves the exchange of experience with colleagues from different countries of the European Union, the establishment of new international contacts and the development of cooperation with foreign partners. The project was focused on important areas of education and support of physical fitness and managerial skills of school management.
