We wanted to expand the existing cooperation with foreign companies in order to gain experience in the field of sustainable agriculture, to develop the professional, social and linguistic competences of our students and to enrich our school curriculum with new knowledge from abroad and to motivate students to become interested in modern agriculture and the opportunities it offers. At the school, we try to integrate environmental issues not only into teaching but also into the management of the school farm, so the aim of the project was to introduce students to an approach to local and organic production.
With the project "Sustainable Agriculture in Southern Europe" we are building on previous years of successful foreign cooperation within the EU. Partnerships with a wide range of countries, which are characterized by a high level of agriculture, enrich us in the long term with experience and knowledge that we can pass on to our students and thus increase both the prestige of the school and especially its value in terms of the complexity and richness of the available education and the possibility of professional and personal development of students and teachers. We are trying to further cultivate this trend, so we have already approved a new project for the coming year and a half and are also seeking accreditation.
