Objectives

Through the implementation of our project, we aimed to enhance the level of our students and their competitiveness in the European job market. Our objectives included innovating the content and methods of education to improve the employability of graduates and make the most efficient use of newly built educational facilities at our school. Additionally, we sought to foster student motivation for self-education and lifelong learning, develop professional and language skills, encourage tolerance and interpersonal relationships across cultures, and support broader personal growth. The project was also designed to promote interest in technical education. Our endeavor was to monitor and adapt to technological developments in the fields of energy and electrical engineering, which are bringing new elements and technologies worldwide for the construction, maintenance, and operation of electrical networks and the supply of energy to industries and populations. This includes a focus on the use of alternative energy sources and the most economical use of existing resources, among other things, through advanced technologies. We also aimed to establish and deepen cooperation with foreign schools and companies.

Background

Our organization and project are centered on adapting responsively to emerging needs for quality and professional work, innovating in the education and vocational training of students to meet employer requirements. We have a longstanding interest in acquiring new information and insights in the fields of electrical engineering and energy. We are also keen on exploring new educational processes and methods within educational and entrepreneurial environments. Our goal is to understand the recognition of formal education, qualifications, and the requirements for a graduate's profile in preparation for a profession, about educational systems in foreign countries, and the possibilities for innovating education in a European dimension. We aim to be capable of professional teamwork, adapting to changed working conditions, and functioning in a real business environment. We are interested in offering students the development of independence, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to navigate foreign environments. Establishing international contacts and friendships, and developing social and communication skills and tolerance are also among our objectives.
