The project practically strengthened the nursing competences of interns in patients after immediate illness of covid-19 and improved their potential on the European labor market in the EU also thanks to better communication, ICT and professional environmental knowledge and skills, the adoption of proven foreign approaches and the acquisition of new knowledge. Issuing and informing about the possibilities of the European tool Europass will and has contributed to better employment of graduates in the EU labor market and strengthened the potential of its holders in the field of further education.
With the project, the school responded to the requirements of contemporary education set by the founder of the school and to the state of the labor market. The school realized the real need to implement the priorities of the Erasmus+ program Digital transformation and Environment and the fight against climate change. Instead of a formal approach, she transferred these topics into nursing practice. The current epidemiological situation has confirmed the assumption that there will continue to be an exchange of experience and proven approaches in nursing care for patients who have experienced C-19. After the disapproval of our first application for accreditation in KA1 VET, the project was a very welcome means of at least partially maintaining the internationalization of nursing education, supporting the number of foreign mobilities, transferring foreign experience to teaching, developing the language skills of graduates and applying graduates to the European labor market. The project made it possible to maintain cooperation of the school with partner foreign schools and to maintain the existence of the network of our cooperating medical schools. These contacts led to an KA2 VET application submission and stregthened networking.
