Background

SOU and SOŠ SČMSD Znojmo, s.r.o. has been implementing international activities for pupils for several years. Europe, my job market builds on the successful activities of the popular Erasmus+ mobility project in vocational education. This project promotes the opportunity to realize educational objectives and it offers students the development of knowledge and skills in vocational education outside the school environment. It encourages participation in international activities and provides participants with the opportunity to share experience from their study programme in other European organizations. It allows pupils to improve their professional skills abroad and increase their self-confidence when entering the job market after graduating from our school. It also assumes that active participation in international activities will expand the school's portfolio and attract more applicants for vocational education. When applying for the Call 2022, we were in need to continue the journey and achieve more positive results within VET mobilities. The educational objectives were formulated in combination of two factors - internationalization and increasing the quality of vocational education of pupils.
