Erasmus mobility project 2022-1-CZ01-KA131-HED-000051626 aimed to support international education and professional development of individuals through study stays, internships and internships abroad. Some of the main objectives of the implementation of the Erasmus+ mobility project through the implementation of the Challenges 2022 project were: Intercultural understanding: Within one important part of the project was to strengthen intercultural understanding and dialogue between students, teachers and staff from different countries. Language and professional skills: The Erasmus mobility project supported the development of the language skills of the participants, as they find themselves in real communication situations in a foreign environment. Employability: Participation in the Erasmus mobility project can positively affect the employability of individuals. The international experience and intercultural skills they acquire are attractive to employers because they indicate the ability to adapt to a new environment, work in an international team and bring new perspectives and ideas. Professional and personal development: The Erasmus mobility project contributed to the personal and professional growth of the participants. The goal of this project was to implement a total of 52 mobility services according to the grant agreement. A total of 63 mobilities were implemented, which exceeded the originally planned number of mobilities by a total of 11. Out of the total number of 63 mobilities, 14 mobilities were implemented for the purpose of study (SMS), 24 mobility for the purpose of work placement (SMT), 8 mobilities for the purpose of educational stay of staff (STA) and 17 mobilities for the purpose of professional training of staff (STT).
