Objectives

Erasmus+ KA131 project is a key component of MENDELU´s internationalisation strategy, which aims to enhance the global skills of students and staff and to promote internationalisation within the university.Students going on mobility advance their language proficiency, acquire new knowledge, and gain practical skills while experiencing diverse teaching methods. Beyond professional skills, these international experiences are highly beneficial for gaining insights into different cultures, EU values, and fostering a sense of European community.Incoming students and staff contribute to an inspiring multicultural environment at the university, enhancing tolerance and understanding and promoting international cooperation. Staff mobility aims to strengthen competencies such as teaching in a foreign language, developing new innovative teaching methods, participation in international projects and improving working in multicultural teams.Through Erasmus+ projects, MENDELU also aims to develop the education of non-academic staff in terms of their language skills, and professional development and to contribute to a deeper understanding of different cultures, which in turn leads to improved support and cooperation with foreign staff and students.
