Participation in this project significantly contributes to the achievement of the goals and values expressed in the long-term strategic plan of the university, which include internationalization. Thanks to this project, the University of West Bohemia can achieve a deepening of the internationalization of educational and scientific activities, which are, among other things, an indicator of quality. Furthermore, thanks to this project, both students (going on study stays or practical internships) and employees (going on teaching and training mobilities) will gain valuable international experience. Teachers will expand their knowledge in their field, get to know a new environment, and can incorporate these experiences into their teaching/research at our university. Last but not least, thanks to this project, they can also participate in international scientific activities. On the other hand, thanks to the employees who carry out the mobility at the University of West Bohemia, the employees of our university have the opportunity to establish contacts or deepen cooperation with the universities that send these mobility participants to us. Our students, in turn, get the opportunity to meet students from our partner universities, which send their students to us for study and practical internships. This project will also enable us to reach students with specific needs and involve them in international activities.
