Projects under Erasmus+ KA131 are a key tool for supporting the internationalisation activities of the University. The main objective of the project was to deepen cooperation with foreign partner institutions and to ensure the transfer of knowledge and experience that institutions can offer each other. The project aimed to involve a wide range of people, including students, academic and non-academic staff, and possibly staff from other university departments such as the library or the economic department. Mobility enables them to increase their international awareness and ability to navigate in a global environment. For staff from other university departments, or non-academic staff, mobility has been a significant benefit that has enriched their sometimes rather routine daily work and, in particular, has strengthened their ability to deal with foreign students and academic staff and has helped them to reduce their fears of exposure to a foreign language environment. The University has an extensive and well-established network of trusted partner higher education institutions and international organisations, which offers excellent opportunities for mobility participants, as well as providing a sufficiently secure environment for mobility. Mobility is perceived as a necessary step to deepen the pedagogical qualifications and expertise of teachers as well as the knowledge and intercultural skills of students. Therefore, the University aimed to support international mobilities of various types and forms - for example, it was aimed to increase the number of short-term mobilities, mobility to non-European countries was supported, the aim was to implement several BIP formats, which are perceived as a higher form of cooperation with partners bringing higher added value associated with the implementation of mobility. The mobilities were implemented in the light of the challenges of the present time (digitalisation, inclusion, sustainability, etc.). All topics were approached with the same emphasis and current trends that could be applied in the environment of the University and its mobilities (e.g. outputs of the CZEDUCON conference; outputs of the SEARCH ENGINE project or documents issued by the European Commission or National Agency to further define the conditions for mobilities, such as Blended mobility implementation guide for Erasmus+ higher education mobility KA131; Higher Education Mobility Handbook; "Europe on the Move" - learning mobility opportunities for everyone; Framework criteria and recommendations for promoting inclusion in the higher education sector; Building on the success of Erasmus+. Recommendations for the interim evaluation of the programme (2021-27) etc.).
