Supporting the development of an international environment at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem (hereinafter referred to as UJEP) is one of its core missions and is part of all strategic documents in the field of internationalisation. Foreign mobility is one of the most important tools of internationalisation, and therefore UJEP was involved in this project. The aim of the project was to send UJEP students and staff on study and work stays abroad. A total of 238 mobilities were planned within the project, including 117 student mobilities (84 study stays, 33 internships) and 121 staff mobilities (73 teaching stays, 48 training). Students and staff of UJEP could choose from about 300 foreign partner universities. For the implementation of these mobilities and their organisation, UJEP received a grant of EUR 418 604. The prerequisite for the implementation of the mobilities was compliance with all the principles of mobility in the Erasmus+ programme, including, for example, the organisation of transparent selection procedures ensuring equal access and non-discrimination, the implementation of mobilities on the basis of pre-agreed agreements, the provision of support to participants or recognition of the results.
