The main objective of the Erasmus+ KA131 project was to develop the internationalisation of the Technical University of Liberec through the implementation of outgoing and incoming student and employee mobilities abroad. These were student mobilities for studies or traineeships. It also included mobilities of academic staff for teaching and mobilities of administrative and academic staff for training. TUL also implemented short-term mobility within the BIP. All of the above-mentioned mobilities form an integral part of the internationalization strategy of the Technical University of Liberec (hereinafter referred to as TUL) and have as their goal the development of professional knowledge, improvement of the quality of teaching and language skills, improvement of analytical skills, expansion of personal development and the ability to work independently. Last but not least, the promotion of intercultural approach among employees and students, not only in communication with foreign members of the academic community but also with potential partners and collaborators. Other important objective is the establishment of international partnerships between TUL and foreign institutions with the purpose of study, project or research cooperation and strengthening the quality of teaching.
