In the InTouch project, we proposed a model of human interactions in which Human Touch and Affection was more accepted and used to its full healing potential, outside of sexual relationships and within a True Community. This included the creation and use of healthy and brave boundaries, in which a ‘no’ means ‘no’, ‘stop’ means ‘stop’, changing minds was accepted, and empowered the European youth to explore their relationship with Touch using methods of non-formal education. Our objective were: Objective 1: “To create a safe space in the form of a community for 24 participants from 4 different European countries who are inexperienced, partly experienced and experienced in Physical Touch and Affection to experience non-formal methods meant to expand their horizons into the theme, and thus increase their physical and psychological health and social skills, during the 8 days of the mobility.” Objective 2: To create an online network of young people who wish to expand and share their competences in the field of Physical Touch and Affection and create one new Erasmus+ project on the matter, thus contributing to the wellbeing of others and to a European identity based on the respect for Physical and Mental Health, during the entire project.’
