The dance and theater project was tasked with individual questions, on which the objectives, competences and methods of the project were then developed. We wanted to create a youth exchange that would have 4 main tasks, goals that are closely related to each other: 1. Strengthen the international dimension of activities in the field of youth and strengthen the competences of youth and youth workers a organizations that support children and youth as a complement to the EU's external action, inclusion and diversity were an important priority for us. As in previous projects, this one will also involve informal education through the theater of a large group of youth, where each participant will have a specific role. Establish friendships in a multicultural environment, develop ommunication and language skills, get to know the culture, history, geography and literary background of the partners. 2. Support of digital literacy and orientation in the online environment. The young people themselves will create the scenario and the design of the sets in the preparatory phase project through online communication (MS Teams, Google Classroom, etc.). 3. Create sequences with dance entries in the style of a youth musical in cooperation with partner organizations a to present it publicly (to build a positive attitude towards theater among young people and to make them into spectators who can appreciate the quality to properly enjoy theater and good performances, we also want to work on developing their social skills). 4. To involve in the project as many young people from socially weaker families who could not afford to send their children to through friendship and acquaintance to Europe for financial reasons, thus supporting active citizenship, participation in democracy and empowerment European identity.
