Through the project the European partners wanted to open the space for dialogue through the analysis, evaluation, reflection coming to the conclusions related to the common situation in the youth field. The youth field experienced very strong impact, changes and needs, transformation of approaches and many challenges within the last 3 years as also the international youth field did. Very significant was the pressure to young people and their world, those who are the main target group of the partner organisations. The partners wanted to reach some conclusions leading to potential upgrade and adjustments of the future cooperation being useful and responding the needs through they common youth cooperation strategy. This project offered the deep focus on the organisations current reality, strength and challenges, in the youth field and youth work, their sharing and mutual support for future valuable and meaningful cooperation and partnership. The project is opening the space to reflect the current situation and explore the opportunities related to the trends and needs in the youth work in Europe. The project empowered the European youth workers cooperation and conclusion related to the future actions. The project took into consideration now days needs, requests, questions, reality of engagement and participation of young people, their interest and way to learn, express themselves. The amount of activities and "catching up fact" at schools, all organisation making sure they have members participants, visitor, international project missing participants simply because i tis hard to do all and more at the same time after the Covid pandemic. Event the organisation passed some transformation process as "coming back to normal". All those features are part of process including different priorities and changes. The project proposed to meet and work on possible the progressive changes and needs in the youth field and youth work, to be together and work on the things which are important for further and future youth work and support of young people. The meeting of youth workers out of their daily tasks, duties with deep insight look and will to elaborate important base for the quality stable active and alive network. The project enable the fusion of experience, state of play analysis and sharing, practice exchange, needs and potential for the future, getting to know each other better as organisation who wants the youth filed benefit from the common synergy. The way the partners could utilise together the achievement in the youth field and non-forma education experience is important input with strong value to create added value through their cooperation, bringing to local and at the same time from local to European to make difference, inspire, support, open doors and bring opportunities and paths to the young people to use and develop their interests, talents and face their challenges.l The project supported the partner organisation to find themselves and strengthen their self-awareness and role in the youth reality and youth field, identifying themselves in the recent happening and look forward. Project was aimed at the evaluation, analysis and reflection of the current youth challenges and established the common strategy of European youth cooperation and synergy through the stable network and quality non-formal educational youth projects responding to the alarming youth situation. Project contributed to raising awareness and active engagement of young people to the inclusive, greener and digital community they live in. Project objectives: • to evaluate the experience from the youth work and international youth work among the partners' organisations • to analyse the actual needs, challenges in the youth work and in the youth field in general based on the pandemic experience • to reflect the value of the non-formal education and its flexibility and innovation potential from now on • to identify the achievements, good practice and tools from the previous programme period and pandemic time • to strengthen the partnership and set up the common strategy through the youth international project ideas • to contribute, strengthen the objective and develop activities linked to the European Year of Youth
